01Who is responsible

The controller of your data is AIDEV Studio. Questions about personal data: hello@aidev-studio.com.

02What we collect

The answers you leave in the brief and your contact details: name, company, email, phone. Together with the submission we save technical details: the page, the referral link and UTM parameters, the browser language, screen size, IP address and country, and the time spent on the form.

03Why and on what legal basis

To study your task, prepare a proposal and answer your questions. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in understanding where requests come from and protecting the form from abuse (art. 6(1)(f)).

04Where the data goes

Submissions are stored in the studio’s own database on the Cloudflare platform and delivered to the team as a notification by messenger or email. Cloudflare acts as a processor under standard contractual clauses. Data is not sold, not shared with advertisers and not used for marketing mailings.

05How long we keep it

Until the request is closed and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a signed contract requires longer. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.

06Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and complain to your local data protection authority. Write to hello@aidev-studio.com; we answer within 30 days.

07Cookies and local storage

The site uses only technical storage needed for it to work. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

If visit statistics are enabled, they run through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify visitors.
